DIRECTIONS TO SPRINGFIELD COURT:  Take US 131 south of Kalkaska and go two miles south of  South Boardman, at Woodman Road, turn east (left) and go 1.75 miles to Butler Road, turn south (right) follow Butler Road to the end, continue south (straight) at the cul-de-sac, this is a private two track road, which is your legal access, follow this road approximately 3/10 of 1 mile, as you crest the hill the property will start at this location, there are a couple of year round places just prior to the property.

Take I75 North to Exit 326, exit and go east (right), go approximately 5.25 miles to Inverness Trail Road, go south (right) on Inverness Trail Road 2 miles to Maynard Road, go west (right) here, follow Maynard approximately 2.5 miles to where it curves to the south (left), follow the curve (the road is now Hill Road), go another 1/2 mile to Minch Road, go west (right) here.  Go 1/4 mile and Parcel #1 will be on your south side (left) continue west another 1/4 mile will put you at the corner of Minch Road and Timberwood Court.
