DIRECTIONS TO VALLEY VIEW (VV):  From the stop light at the north end of Kalkaska, take US 131 north 7 miles to Plum Valley Road, turn west (left) on to Plum Valley Road, take Plum Valley Road 4.75 miles to Dundas Road, go south (straight) on Dundas Road, follow Dundas Road approximately 1 mile, turn west (right) onto Underhill Road (currently not marked) but you will see a stop sign on Underhill Road, Underhill Road is a seasonal county road, follow Underhill Road 7/10 of 1 mile, you will come to our private gravel road, Hawks View, turn north (right) here, follow Hawks View north to the second dirt road west , Cardinal Crest (left) turn left here,  Cardinal Crest dead ends into Valley View Parcel D
