(right), go approximately 5.25 miles to Inverness Trail Road, go south (right)
on Inverness Trail Road 2 miles to Maynard Road, go west (right) here, follow
Maynard approximately 2.5 miles to where it curves to the south (left), follow
the curve (the road is now Hill Road), go another 1/2 mile to Minch Road, go
west (right) here. Go 1/4 mile and Parcel #1 will be on your south side
(left) continue west another 1/4 mile will put you at the corner of Minch Road
