DIRECTIONS TO SPRINGFIELD COURT:  Take US 131 south of Kalkaska and go two miles south of  South Boardman, at Woodman Road, turn east (left) and go 1.75 miles to Butler Road, turn south (right) follow Butler Road to the end, at the end of Butler Road will be a private two track road continue down this dirt road (which is your legal access) for approximately 3/10 of 1 mile.  This two track goes down a small hill, through a small valley and up another small hill, as you crest the hill the property will start at this location, there are a couple of year round places just prior to the property.
