DIRECTIONS TO DOVER ESTATES (DE): From Exit 282 in Gaylord, take M 32
east out of Gaylord, at the edge of town follow F-44 (Wilkinson Road) M-32
swings to the southeast at this point, turn left on to F-44(Wilkinson Road).
Continue east after 3 1/4 miles F-44 curves north and becomes Marquardt Road
go to stop sign (Sparr Road runs east and west at this point), continue
north (straight) at the stop sign, after 3 miles Marquardt road curves east and
run 1/2 mile and then curves north, at the point of curving north, go east on to
private dirt road, you will follow this dirt road for 1/2 mile, after 1/2 mile
you will come to a "T" in the road, turn south (right) and go south
approximately 4.5 tenths of a mile to Parcel 15, which is on the west side
(right) of the dirt road.
